Step 1
Select map
Use the map below to determine the area. The rectangle shows the dimensions of the placemat; the area you select will be engraved. Find your location in the top left corner, zoom in or out by scrolling, and drag the map until the desired area is visible in the rectangle. Click on the green ‘Select’ button to select the area.
Step 2
Copy code
After clicking on the green ‘Select’ button, a code will appear. This is your card ID. Copy or write it down.
Step 3
Add Place Maps to shopping cart
After determining the area and copying the code, navigate to the ‘Shop’ page. Here, click on the desired colour and then click on the “Request” option on the right. Enter the quantity of Place Maps and press ‘add to cart’.
Step 4
Add reimbursement request to shopping basket
Navigate to the Shop page and click on ‘Reimbursement request city/municipality’ or click on the button below. Add this to your shopping cart. You only need to add 1 quantity per request to your shopping cart. So if you are requesting 1 city/municipality, you only need to add the reimbursement to your shopping cart once.
Step 5
State your card ID
Go to your shopping basket, where you can add “order special instructions” below your selected products. Enter your card ID (the code or codes you copied earlier) here. With the Place Map Placemat, the name of the area is engraved in the bottom left-hand corner (with the map of Ghent, “Ghent” is engraved in the bottom left-hand corner), so please also note which name you would like to have engraved.
Step 6
Review and pay
To avoid errors, it is best to read through all the steps again. If everything is correct, you can proceed to payment. Ensure that your shopping basket matches the example on the left. The Place Maps will be created and sent as soon as possible.
